How long will it take for my item/s to ship?
Since most of my items are made to order you can expect your order to typically ship 1-2 weeks after your order is placed, unless otherwise stated in the items listing.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the handmade nature of my items I don’t accept returns. But please contact me if there is a problem with your order!
Can I cancel or change my order?
Orders can only be canceled for 24 hours after the order is placed after that I’ve already started working on your order and can’t accept cancellations.
Changes to orders will be taken at a case by case basis within the first 24 hours after an order has been placed. Items made from upcycled materials will have limited opportunities for changes due to a limited fabric supply.

What do I do if my package gets lost in the mail?
If your package gets lost I advise you to follow these steps.
Take a moment to look around your home for different places that the package could have been left. Check with the other people you live with who may have received your package in your absence. Check with your post office/mail carrier for information about your package.
Meadowcress Boutique is not responsible for refunding or reshipping (free-of-charge) lost orders due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
In addition Meadowcress Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once they have been in the possession of USPS. However, I am glad to assist you in tracking or filing a claim. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any concerns.
Do you take custom orders?
I do! When custom orders are available they are listed under the custom bonnet tab in my shop. Please visit this page for more information about how custom orders work.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time unfortunately.
