How long will it take for my item/s to ship?

Holy Cards ship in 1-2 business days, unless otherwise indicated on the listing.

Can I cancel or change my order?

 Due to the nature of my processing system, orders usually cannot be cancelled or altered, but please contact me for more information, and include your order number in your message.

What do I do if my package gets lost in the mail?

If your package gets lost I advise you to follow these steps.

Take a moment to look around your home for different places that the package could have been left. Check with the other people you live with who may have received your package in your absence. Check with your post office/mail carrier for information about your package.

Meadowcress Boutique is not responsible for refunding or reshipping (free-of-charge) lost orders due to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

In addition Meadowcress Boutique is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages once they have been in the possession of USPS. However, I am glad to assist you in tracking or filing a claim. Please do not hesitate to contact me with any concerns.
